We must learn to give free rein to one’s imagination
Theory of the method:
“Sometimes beautiful is not synonymous with healthy, but healthy can be synonymous with beautiful”
This sentence represents the beginning of our creative work, that could be done without the worries about result achievement. Our culture is based on the “result achievement overall” and immediately. This philosophy for the person means to be forced both physically and mentally. This condition is strained so the individual can’t express himself.
Painting and cooking similar
If the man is what he eats, so cooking a healty dish is more important than have a garnished dish on the table, if this in not a nourishement.
This thesis is valid also for painting. Painting is food for the spirit
Living means have a healthy mind in a healthy body; for this reason “the spirit need art like the body need to walk”
Instruments:
1 Jar of water
Distemper primary colours
Toilet paper
2 Sheets of paper
Different paintbrushes
Different palette knife
THE METHOD:
We begin with the 2 sheets ;
On the first we draw in pencil, freehand a big cross so we obtain 4 squares in each square we will put one primary colour:
This sheet is “The shop”.
On the second sheet we draw in pencil a big circle,we will paint on it
This sheet is “the saucepan”
Next to the Jar, which will be full of water, we put the toilet paper .
With the brush we need to do a movement after we put the brush into the water and we have to knock the brush across the jar so we will hear a sound ; the sound of the bell.
This movement will wash the brush than after it will be dry with the toilet paper where we can check if there are trace of colour. After we can use another colour. In this case the brush is the ladle.
The toilet Paper is the check.
If the brush is clean we can use another coulor and in the second sheet we can see the “draft” of our fantasy.
WE MUST REMIND TO CHANGE THE WATER OFTEN.
This method teach tenacity perseverance, work in a clean place, and we learn to give free rein to one's imagination.

All this with the hope that in the minds of many people to come on the world of "Light."
